HOW to CANCEL A LESSON AND SCHEDULE A MAKE-UP

In the portal Account Dashboard, choose the Lesson you will be missing and click CANCEL LESSON.

You will then see a listing of upcoming lesson dates. Choose the exact date you will be missing, then click CANCEL LESSON.

Note: this must be done BEFORE the lesson, you cannot cancel after the lesson date/time. NO SHOWS do not qualify for make-up time.

When you are ready to schedule a make-up, return to the portal Account Dashboard. If you have eligible make-up credits you will see the option SCHEDULE MAKE-UP.

You will now see a list of available days/times with your teacher within the next 7 days.

If your teacher has time before/ after your lesson on a given day, that will appear under Increase Lesson Length.

If your teacher has another student cancel, that will appear under Cancellations.

You may choose (click) one of these, or simply return to the portal later to check again for new openings.

You have until July 31, 2023 to use your make-up credits.
